Dear Prospective Graduate/Fresh Graduate,

Dear Prospective Graduate / Fresh Graduate,

RE  :  PERMANENT RESIDENCE OF AUSTRALIA

Congratulations on the completion of your tertiary course in Australia!  While you are celebrating this academic success, perhaps at the same time you feel a bit sad.  This could be because graduation means that you have to leave this nice country where you have been staying for a long period of time.

If you are reluctant to say farewell to the friends you have made here and feel you are leaving all your memories behind, Australian Link Migration and Business Consultancy can provide professional advice on Australian migration laws and visa options. We assist in the preparation of application documents in a professional way which includes a legal presentation to address the relevant criteria in Australian immigration law to maximum your chance of success.

My name is Donna Au Yeung, I am a Registered Migration Agent with many years of experience as well as having qualifications in Australian Immigration Law (Deakin University, Victoria) and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration (University of New England, New South Wales).  As I have been a foreign student myself, I am very aware of the problems overseas students face and thoroughly understand your needs. With my academic knowledge and first hand experience in migration, I can give you the most appropriate advice.

I have successfully helped many fresh graduates to obtain permanent residence of Australia.

The Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship announced in April 2007 that the changes for General Skilled Migration (GSM) will come into effect on 1 September 2007. The prospective changes emphasise strong English skills and Australian work experience.  This may cast a lot of uncertainty on the prospect of your obtaining Australian permanent residency.

On the other hand, the new policy allows overseas students with 50 point occupations to apply for GSM in Australia if they can meet the immigration law requirements. This has given an opportunity to some of those who are not eligible under the current law.

These changes will affect you if you are thinking about migrating to Australia. It is difficult to choose the right approach if you want to stay here in Australia and we can help you to identify the best options.

We periodically hold free migration law seminars for prospective or fresh graduates. If you are thinking about obtaining permanent residency in Australia, please do not delay contacting Donna Au Yeung  on   (08) 94441682  to register your interest for an obligation free consultation, and please visit our web site at www.almigrate.com to find our more about us.

Yours sincerely,
